Obituary of Nicolette Ann Hudkins

Nicolette (Nicki) Hudkins (née Cariglio) of Land O’ Lakes, Florida (formerly Portage County, Ohio) passed away March 6, 2024. Nicki (affectionately known as Tune) was a longtime resident of Ohio and moved to Florida in 2015 to be close to her children. Tune was loved dearly by her family and friends and will be remembered for her impeccable style, eye for interior design and zest for life. Tune had a special way of connecting with people and making them feel important. She was attentive to details and always followed up, which was a testament to her true compassion for those around her. She was always the first to laugh at a funny story or anecdote and her contagious laughter would spread until everyone was in tears. She was a social butterfly and cherished the many friendships she made throughout the years. Her kindness was unparalleled and she always made sure her loved ones were taken care of. Tune was dependable and the person you could always count on no matter what. She will be sorely missed, but fondly remembered by everyone that knew her.

Nicki is proceeded in death by her parents Nick Cariglio and Gladys Shaw. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, William Hudkins, sons Cary (Cristi) Hudkins and Kristopher (Jamie) Hudkins, cherished grandson Owen Hudkins, sister Laura Cariglio and niece Tiffany (Andrew) Bimshas.
